Default Cleric buff, vie spell line

Just asking if there is a fix for the vie line of spells.

It seems to have no effect at all when I use it, I even get the message "Unkown spell effect 162 in spell Guard of Vie (id 4089)"

Is the vie line working now?
If not, can anyone tell me how to remove vie from my Cleric Bots Spell list?

Melee mitigation. It's usually a % of the damage mitigated up to a certain total amount of damage mitigated. Here is an example:

I believe the "Blessing of" line has the same issue.

It gives "spell haste" but comes with a similar "unknown effect" message.
