Default Please run EverQuest.exe?

Well my old shortcut to EQemu wasnt working so i thought "no biggie ill just re-install and then run back through the steps so it works again" So i just finished making the shortcut and i went to try it out and it gave me the message "Please run EverQuest.exe" Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Your first problem was caused by your shortcut as you have already found out. As for the second, have you configured your eqhost file? To debug your issue, we need operating system information and what not.

I've seen this caused by video settings. You might do a search here in the forums and see if anything useful comes up.
