Default Archery damage

Did something change in archery damage in one of the recent releases? I have a level 59 ranger using a Deathwind Bow and 11dmg arrows who is only hitting for 23 and critting for 46. The bow is a dmg 84 dly 25 bow (yes I modified the reqlevel to allow him to use it.) He also has level 3 archery mastery. I would think the damage would be higher than 23 with 46 crits.

Did you add this new rule?:

Code:
Combat:ArcheryStationaryPenalty
If so, did you enable the rule and set a value for it?

By default, the value should be set to 1, but if you set it to something like .1, you might see the damage amounts you are experiencing. This would only be for moving or perma-rooted targets though. Have you tried using it on a non-perma-rooted target that is being tanked by someone so it isn't moving around?

That was it. Mine was set low, I will have to see how I ended up changing that. Thanks again for the pointer, and assistance.

I would recommend anything from 1 to 2 for the setting. 1 is 50% penalty, 1.5 is 25% penalty, and 2 is 0% penalty.
