Default Question about Advanced lighting

Has anyone with SoF or Titanium been able to get all the reflective surfaces working with advanced lighting using an ATI card? And does it even work with NVIDIA cards?

I have the latest drivers (ATI video cards) on a few (yeah yeah I will go NVIDIA next round) pcs that I use for development, gaming and media enjoyment. None of those pcs seem to show "advanced lighting" the way that advanced lighting used to show up during OOW or GoD (shiny surfaces and really cool lighting effects).

Advanced Lighting was always laggy even with the latest video cards. Always had mine off.
