world.exe crash

Hi I have just started a new server.
I am using windows 7 with mysql 5.0, perl 10.
I have compiled my source files via svn and updated to the latest database however when I run world.exe I am getting an error "world.exe has stopped"

My log file gets to this point when world.exe crashes

[11.03. - 11:06:18] [WORLD__INIT] Purging expired instances
[11.03. - 11:06:18] [WORLD__INIT] Zone (TCP) listener started.


I cant seem to work it out any ideas?
If there is any other info you need please let me know
