saids "everquest not responding" need help!!

hi i have windows vista, followed all steps from guide then...everytime i log in it said "everquest not responding". it take several several times to actually sometimes only get to the character screen but then when i press enter world it freezes up and saids "everquest not responding", i have only made it one actually time to the ingame part then it frooze up after 10 mins bringing me back to the login screen like it always does. i have already tried turning my firewall off that doesnt work and as well tried to launch it with "RunFirst" that doesnt work either. im stuck and confused don't know what other option i have, if anyone could help me i would be sincerly happy.

Try checking for multi-core CPU solutions in the FAQ in my sig. That is most likely the cause of your issue.
