Default quests editor and spell editor
Is there any attempts of making another Spell Editor, also can someone tell me the URL to the quest writer?

I'm aware that my Spell editor is rather broken at the moment, I'll fix it as soon as I can. Even though it can read the new format It's still limited to 3000 spells and EQ can't load the spells_en.txt that it saves :(

I've just updated the Spell editor, it's had a lot of work done on it to bring it back to operational status for 0.3.8.
