Default Where are the NPCs? and the mosters?

Hi! I'm new at EQEmu and when I start to play in my server there's no npcs or monsters out there..What should I do? Is any kind of addon or patch for EQEmu?

Thank you very much...This emulator is great!

He means use the "search" feature of the forum, and use keywords such as "spawns".

However I'll be nice and give you a quick rundown of why there's no spawns -

EQEmu by default has no information for spawns in the database. There are a few regulars that keep their own database releases going (such as Drawde), and these when loaded into your DB will give you a good amount of spawns to play with.

Also you can use the #spawn command to make some semi-functional spawns while playing. For the most versatility you'll want to use a program like EQAdmin to create spawn entries IN the database. Doing so allows many more options to be set.

Check out the World Building forum for player-made releases.
