Support::General Support Post all topics here having to do with errors while trying to connect to an EQEMu server but not about the setup/running of the Server itself.

Default Timeout and cannot connect
Trying to get everquest up and running and was able to connect earlier today - however when i got back home today my modem was broken - got a new one and now Every time i try to select a server (after logging in) it times out. Does anyone know how to fix this? I am not very tech savvy. If it helps the new modem i got is Motorola surfboard extreme cable modem (stupidest name ever) model number SB6121.

I was also able to get on earlier. At server selection screen I am receiving an error saying An unknown error has occurred. I have no new hardware or software.

I just got in game. I guess the problem was resolved. Thanks. Hopefully it works for Alfri now as well

It does work for me now, just have to wait a few hours before i have time to play it!
