Issue connecting to PEQ editor

Hello, first time support post here.

I'm trying to enter the PEQ editor through the EOC 2.0 interface and when I click the editor option it takes me to a blank white page with the error "Could not connect: Too many connections" and nothing more. Could anyone give me some assistance to what may be causing this? Thanks
