Locked Out

I have been trying to reset my account passwords on this loginserver account. I was in the final stage of the SMS verification process, I click on the email link and it tells me 'Invalid Hash' error.

What does this mean? I have now tried to reset so many times its telling me I am locked out. How do I get it unlocked? How to I finish resetting my password? What did I do wrong?
