EQEmu Account Recovery

I'm trying to find where I can get some assistance with an EQEmulator Account Recovery. The two login server accounts I use and play on are connected to an Emulator account that I can't remember. Most of this stems from me being an idiot and not recognizing the difference between Emu accounts and Login accounts and then failing to save their information properly. Will provide the details as necessary. Thanks!
