Try this instead -

"C:\Program Files\Everquest\Eqgame.exe" patchme

Exactly like that.

Umm... locate where you installed EQ.

Try the "browse" button, find eqgame.exe and then add patchme after it.

This is basic computer stuff, not rocket science.

Everquest.exe is the patcher
Eqgame.exe runs the game. Hense it being EQ Game.

Actually when I double click eqgame.exe it just brings up a box that saids plz run everquest.exe and then it closes.

Simple solution. Click start, then run, then type "C:\Program Files\Everquest\Eqgame.exe" patchme

It should start without patching. Clicking on eqgame will not work as you said...
