Default New to the Emu

Hello all, I'm new to the EMU and I followed Shawn319's directions exactly. I installed EQ fresh with the expansions in order. I installed the MDAC. Then I installed EQEmu Patcher. I run it and I get this error:
[quote]Run-time error '-2147467259 (80004005)':

Recordset cannot be created from the specified source. The source file or stream must contain Recordset data in XML or ADTG format
Quote:

I am running a Pentium 4 2.7 GHz with Windows XP SP1. 512 MB DDR Ram, NVidia Geforce 4 Mx440 w/64mb.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
