Does anyone know how to fix this because it seems to just have world.exe and boot5zones.bat do this, if I were to run a local server the mini login works but these still do not work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The EXE's I posted in this post -

work without any errors except the EQTime error.
Give them a try.

I think those are the files I posted on my site
I've confirmed that the crash is not a DB issue, or at least not caused by errors or incompatibility in the DB. If you start up world.exe without a MySQL server running, you get the exact same error and crash.

Default I think I might know the problem..

Someone said the new bins don't work under 98. Ehh, can't remember who, though. The error you describe is the error in question: with the new bins, 98 acts like you don't have a db loaded. Might find more info about this on IRC.
