Did you install it into
\everquest
or
\everquest\patcher ?

If you did the first one, it should work. Reinstall patcher, and make sure that it's correct. 430 runtime is the one where it says all the files are missing, but that EQ can load anyway, right?

Patcher is installed in the wrong folder. Reinstall it to your everquest folder. Don't just move the .exe file that installs it. When the installer is running for patcher, specify the everquest folder.

still having trouble? Go to eqemu.net and click on eqemu patch and read what it says, you may need the mdac which will install the sql support (right?).
