I have officially, completely, deleted EQ, EQEmu, and all things related from my computer. I am completely free now. Thanks emu for the rehab. You guys made it possible for me to quit eq. :P Just want to say thanks, p.s. you won't be seeing me here anymore. Bye!  |

I didn't quit cold turkey, I have been in this place, slowly draining my addiction for about a year. But I still browse these forums time to time. And if I ever did come back it would to help GM/make a server. :P |

why wouldnt i, im not showing off, i like sigs, they can be amusing, have good quotes, or just tell who you are, and playing emu is so much more than playing on live, even though it may not be as complete database wise, it is still just as fun playing byself and being able to solo nething and do whatever the hell you want. being with al is like a family, its good to be with them a lot, and then its also fun to just do your own thing, thats what brought me to the emu. looking to put up my own server, wich will have pretty much complete pop db using the db at al, look for that in the future, im out.

You do realize that Verant can, by agreement of the EverQuest EULA, ban/suspend your account for playing on the eqemu servers?
Thats why most live players tend to keep their character names to themselves. You are more than welcome to do it, but its a vague possibility if you are a current EQ subscriber that they will ban you.
Just something to keep in mind. I highly doubt any of us care who you are, but I'd hate to see you have your account yanked.

So, a prize player wont get banned for eqemu, but others will? Isn't that discrimination? He plays for the end game, and I dont, so now im not worth their time. Maybe this would be a great article for some tech newspaper to write.
