It works! I think.

The NPC download files are the working ones ( or they worked for me )

After downloading the EqNpc and extracting to the Mysql/bin it worked witht he 'source reloaddb.sql'

The only thing i got was three "Duplicate programs errors"
But im sure that wont affect it to much, testing if i can launch my server now.

But i hope that helps anyone else with the 1054/Invalid version, or what ever the other problem was.
