Legit. Like EQ live, have to fight and earn everything you get. Cant summon armor/weapons, can't #zone typically, etc.

Non legit - You can level yourself, summon any item you want, etc.

Semi - A blend of the 2 , depends on what the server admin feels like giving you. Sometimes the ability to level, or to summon items, etc.
