Default OpenZone 2.3

1. Made a small architectural change so changing an object that's in a group is *much* faster (basically only that object is reloaded, not the entire group).

Enjoy,

Is there a way to open the old zone and edit them, with you openzone program?

Nope, and that's by design. It would be illegal to distribute modified SOE zones, and I don't want OpenZone taking the blame if people start doing that. Also, I don't want people using OpenZone to cheat on EQLive (say, by putting shortcuts in certain zones). My intention with OpenZone is solely to allow people to create original content.

Not that I plan on doing it... since I haven't played EQ live in over 2 years... but would that actually work? Creating a short cut in the client files and having it work?

I'm guessing yes, but I don't know for sure either. Of course, whoever tried it would probably get caught in a heartbeat.
