Default I'm a Newbie few quick questions

this EQemu looks pretty sweetl, im gonna be living in a house with 18 rooms and 24 people.....yea big lan party, naw but i was thinking of starting a server and such but have a few questions...

1) when you start a server are all the quests/items from EQlive there or is it like a barron world

2) is there any way to transfer a character from one server to another, cuz GM's seemed to be able to edit characters on Eqlive

3) can you edit the experiance awarded, mob hps etc etc....i was thinking if we are gonna host our own server there might not be a lot of people for a while so maybe we suit the mobs risk/reward to our needs.....

4) oh yea my other favorite site is www.sharereactor.com and there is some discussion there about the graphics being bad or something, i've played eq for a couple years, is the eqemu ones worse the the eqlive?
any responce would be cool thanks guys

right my point, is when i try to log in it says it is the incorrect version, probly can't update w/o the patcher and its quite obbious that the patcher is down, so my question is can i play on my own local server w/o having to "patch" "upgrade" "change" the files in my eq folder

Before I answer your question, I want to hammer out a trend I have been seeing on the forums lately. What are the exact search strings you have searched on to try to resolve this problem? I need to know the exact strings so I can make sure search returns the most relevant links for the problem at hand. Thanks for any help you can give!
