Default Question about Character:RestRegenTimeToActivate

it says in the description that the time is in seconds, but the rule value is set to 30000. Is it really seconds or is it acually milliseconds?

I hope that's a typo, hehe.

30000 milliseconds = 30 seconds, so it would make more sense if it was milli.

You don't think it's useful to wait 8hrs 20min for rest regen to kick in?

No, not at all. LOL.

If it did, it would be like WoW's exp penalty system which, imo, is the most retarded thing in MMO history. Of course they had to change it again once they realized how stupid of an idea it was. Now you can't be penalized more than "normal" which is 100% exp per kill. Before, they had you going into the negative penalty the more you stayed online and earned experience, and the limit was the 8 hour mark. -_-

That game is just awful once it came out of Friends & Family beta. Back then, it was a great game.
