Reload this Page Dumping my database to put it on another server?

Default Dumping my database to put it on another server?
Mine is 333mb compared to peq standard one at 144mb or somthing.

It takes mine like 5 hours to source in to the empty database and peq only takes like 15 minutes.

Can anyone tell me why that is and how I can fix it.
