Fear Plane server needed for Quest Practice

I'm in need of a good working emu of Fear Plane. I'm currently trying to complete my Whistling Fist Quest and by having access to a good working model of the Plane of Fear I can practice my turn in's to CT and perhaps minimize the number of death's I'll take. The ability to Depop, Repop and perhaps walk around in GM mode non aggro so I can view and study the pathing of CT and the mobs in the area I intend to wait FD at for the turn in.

I've been to a few emu servers this weekend but the Fear zone was totally depoped and I could not repop it for study. The one server that did have mobs in Fear did not look as if all the mobs were present.

If you can help me out please let me know.

Pathing is only in on some servers, and even if it is, the pathing will be nothing like eqLive.
