Using a different server emulator and have it appear in list

Hey,
I am having so much trouble with EQEMU. With all of this SQL and stuff, it is so hard.
I am setting up a different one, "hackers quest" is what the website is called.
Anyway, I have a dedicated server, is it possible to have my server show up in the server list, or have someone send me a zip/rar file of EQEMU thats allready configured and working?
I have SQL setup, but it says invalid username and or password :-/

Nope. They're not compatible with each other, so will never see your server in the listing.

I was asking as I do not have the expansions and I am having trouble getting my server to work with only the plane of power expansion.
