Orge - kickass/err..
Iksar - ok/disapointment
Halfling - hmm/ok
Dwarf - kickass/good (much better than the butch look of pressent ones)
High Elf - Kickass/sexy
WoodElf - Did somone shit on his face?/sexy
Froglok - NT/NT
Half Elf - Kool/decent
Gnome - Serious Kickass/OMG Kickass
Barbarian - Cool/Sexy #3!
Vahshir - umm/err....
Human - ok/sexy #4!
Erudites - They both went michael jackson on us =(.
Also take note on the far right side of the screen are the new class restrictions, i don't know how reliable they are, but it would suck if they are correct, having only 3 -4 classes per race??? hmm well anyway post what you think of the new char models!

Going from a game with ok Grafix and many class's
to good grafix and no class's, is just sad.

Each of those general identifiers could include multiple classes, like:
Priest = Cleric, Druid, Shaman
Fighter = Warrior, Paladin, Ranger
Scout = Rogue
Mage = Enchanter, Magician, Wizard
I highly doubt those are the actual class names. That would be stupid.

Barbarians - very cool
The rest are mediocre at best. They look too shiny or something. Not that my opinion matters anyway, since I'll never pay a monthly fee to play a game again. Verant's vision was lost years ago and now the EQ game model is the model that all other MMO game companies aspire to. Sad...
EQ will be a secondary hobby for me, but I'm heading back to the Neverwinter Nights community. Bioware is a good company. SOE could learn some lessons from them.
I rant sometimes....hehe

LMAO, half of the EQ2 models look as if the race has a mental disability, i.e. down syndrome...what in the hell is SoE thinking, those old models are classic. Fun to look at. Thanks for the link, very interesting.

Seriously though, EQ2 is still turning out to be a good game imo - and as for the anime look, it doesn't look too bad. It should be a good game, hopefully the graphics won't fully ruin the game... lets just wait and see
