Missing one file and need help

Hey guys, I recently was on the IRC chat and was guided in the direction of the Setting up the pre5/11 Velious Beta1 + 6.1DR1 + Minilogin(windows) guide. I'm having problems with it. I'm not able to download one file and can't find it anywhere. The file i'm missing is: EQEmu-0.6.1-DR1-Perl.zip . I was wondering if anyone had it if they could send it to me. Would be greatly appreciated. Can get me on this email address or cosmanja@gmail.com.

You have to be kidding me..... You kinda try to make me look foolish, but then you don't realize. That the files i need have broken links... Please let me know if anyone has it.

Someone or something, edit many links and trash it :( (last edit ACLs).
I repair it, but next time just say ("the wiki link don't work") like my note on top of page.
