Damn man, that sucks. :( Those developers are so strict sometimes they're worse than Verant. But thats usually when they're having bad days but lets hope those are few.

the devs are Jon racist!!! lol j/k, but seriously, I think I got banned for eta or flaming this one guy that was flaming me, well it sucks, but I have a awesome monk and shammy on EQLive, both 60, great gear, anyways, I would just like to help out the newbz and stuff, so if you have any problems PM me, im not a programmer though, so dont ask me about c++ or anything, AND DONT ASK ME FOR WAREZ B/C I DIDNT PATCH, jeez, I have like 5000000000 people on aim asking me for warez files

Jon perhaps you understand one reason the devs will ban someone for asking for eq files. It is just that much time taken away from the things you are trying to do.

Regarding how to help the emulator... and easy way is to run the packet collector and collect data. There is one on the source forge page, run packetcollector /? for options. Also there is the program that collects data for the hackersquest program. The hackersquest program should work with the current EQ live, and curently seems to collect more data, including quests, and merchant items. I am working on making all that data convertable to the EQEmu format also.
