Default Locked Servers
When the se4rver says locked what i am wandering is how long does it take to unlock it. For instance PEQ has bean down for about 12 hours at time of this post how would i know when its going to come back up? does the servers have a regular maintainance scedual?

This place was fine for posting the question.

I didn't know PEQ was down, so I wouldn't be much help predicting when it will be back up. Have you looked on their forums?
