Partial DB with Vex Thal/Ssra.. Who Released It?

I have a dumpspawns.txt file of Vex Thal. It's missing some of the bosses we killed, but is otherwise complete. Is this something you can turn into a spawn DB for Vex Thall? here's a sample of the output.
