Default EQEmu Admin Tool 2.71
This is a very minor release, but important for people creating items.

1. Updated RACES.TXT with new information.

2. Fixed the bug where some item race information wasn't being saved.

It should be available on SourceForge's download page within the hour.

ok supposingly 3.5 db items are errored... some people said they fixed it by using 3.5 db dropping items and adding 3.4 db items and it worked.. i haven't tried because I don't know how to drop and add with mysql :( but if I get it to work i'll upload it. (a no spawn normal eqemu one)

2.71 is the latest, and not yet updated for 3.6

AKA you have to wait.
