Can't Guild-Invite people/Exp Change issues

I can and they get the invite but they cant accept it and ii have to sorta toy with the guild tables to get it to even alllow me to be guild leader (it will say i'm guild leader at first but it wont show the guild above my head and i cant invite at first until its set (or been reset) from this:




Also, after setting my dudes level to 65 with #setxp65 and dying once, i can't set exp anymore, it says i gain a level but i never actually do. i cant even set it to 70, also - what is highest level? and how can i source in soe of the optional stuff and/or source in required stuff if need be?

I'm not seeing any items anymore, tried to install an appserv and i think that messed it up, it kicked me out at first and i had to reconfig mysql before it would even let e back in the server, all the items just vanished and i cant even summon or buy items. i still see the table for them tho with items in it..

i got back into the server and the lack of items was from a item file that went over the max number of item id's, anywho, it works now - just hope i can install appserv next to this stuff without to much trouble later =P.

I still can't increase my level or guild invite anyone , i can send guild invites but the people cant accept them for some reason like is shown above.
