Default Setting Up Static Zones?

I am the ServerOP for the pantheon server which is currently running quad xeons, 2gb of ram, raid5, and is sitting on a 3mb ATM circuit. I am wanting to set the most popular zones as static zones, but have been unable so far to find the documentation that. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Just on a side note, I am also trying to figure out if there is any way to run eqemu off of oracle or mssql instead of mysql.

Thanks

cant use oracle as it uses different syntax for mysql calls, MSSQL is junk i dont know why you would want to use it.

as for static zones it goes somthing like this

zone.exe akanon 111.111.11.1 7999 111.111.11.1

course replace the 1's with yer ip.
