Clean Uninstall

Howdy all

I want to attempt a new Install of the current EQEmu. I used the automatic install but my server doesent boot up correctly. The DOS windows popups keep poping up in a loop.
I think something is messing with my last attampt 4 years ago. At that time i was able to run the server.
When i try the automatic install i get errors with the database.

Could someone point out, what exactly i have to remove and where, so i can attampt a fresh installation.
For example i dont know where the database is install'd and i don't know if some applications from earlier could mess with the current installation.

What i did so far was uninstalling all applications around the date when i was installing the emu.

Honestly the easiest way without pulling your hair out would be to completely wipe your old windows and reinstall windows to start fresh. There's alot of leftover files that get stuck in windows command line ect that cause problems.
