Need help,i cany log in game or even make a char

Hey all,just started yesterday,been At it and i cant even make a char,i get to the part that "submits name to server" then i get throw off to server selection screen.Really annoying to not even be able to make a char,+ i read many post saying they can not even get in game,anyone know why?
