Default I would appreciate any assistance

I am getting a 1017 error using Minilogin. Can use other severs just fine, any help would be appreciated. I think I got all the pertinent data, if I missed something I'd be happy to post it. Firewall isn't on. At the bottom is posted what happens when I do what the sticky suggests to make a 200 flagged account.

Command run. Didn't look like it worked to well.

So then I tried the other suggestion, and did it directly from the /bin file. Below is the result.

Welcome to the MySQL monitor. Commands end with ; or \g.
Your MySQL connection id is 140 to server version: 3.23.55-nt

Type 'help;' or '\h' for help. Type '\c' to clear the buffer.

mysql> use eq INSERT INTO account SET name='eqemu', password='eqemu', status=200
;
Database changed
mysql>

So it isn't working, is something wrong with any or all of the above? I really want to fool around on the emulator, I would thank anyone for any help they could give.

There are more problems than I can shake a stick at..

1) yourlanid is meant to be replaced by the machines IP ADDRESS.

2) Error in CheckLogin query 'SELECT id FROM account WHERE name='eqemu' AND password='eqemu'' #1146: Table 'eq.account' doesn't exist

127.0.0.1: Wrong name/pass: name='eqemu'
Removing client from ip:127.0.0.1 port:3775

First, it doesnt even look like your database is there. Read the readme careful in the part about creating the mysql database, and make sure you follow the instructions carefully.

Default OK

I changed the YourlanIP to my IP address, though that was silly, heh. I deleted and redid the database carefully by the walkthrough, still didn't work, so I did it again, nada.

Create database eq;
use eq
source db.sql

those are the exact commands I use, and then I got the running lines of text and exited out. Was there something else I need to do for the database to work? I didn't see anything in the walkthrough.

Default =\

yes you would need to goto worldbuilding section and find the stuff to populate it with such as the 4.1 addon ... just running dq.sql just makes the tables for you to source in all the rest of the junk

i think it's supposed to be 2 separate lines like

use eq;
INSERT INTO account SET etc...

cuz the line that follows what you typed just says database changed... i think it's supposed to say something along the lines of 'rows affected blah blah blah' if you do it right
