Default COMPRESSION=on? db.ini

does this option do anything yet in 0.4.3 in db.ini its set

compression=off would turning it on help bandwith probs?

its compression to/from the database server. If you're running a server connecting to a database outside our your local lan, it might help you out, but dont its going to help you with lag. Most database calls are made on bootup and everything is stored in memory. Its a great option to use if you're trying to create a server with someone else though..
