is there a way to unlock a server outside of it? like i jus made a server and i get a 1017 trying to get into it locked, could that be the problem?

Check your world's .ini files and set it to locked=false

thats my loginserver.ini only ini that has that on it its set to false

now this has NOTHING to do with my other question, but now i get this error, it says Failed to load graphics DLL! when i try to load up eqw

fixed this, but need help with the other problem pls

Set your display settings to 16 bit color, 1024X768. Try again. Technically, it's an eqw problem and you should probably ask them at www.eqwindows.com.
