Default eqhost.txt help

ok i replaced my exhost.txt with what the how to told me to do i save it and then added the patchme to the end of my eqgame.exe properties i go to connect and it patches and replaces the eqhost.txt what do i do ?

works fine with me without "patching" or whatever because that always overwrites the eqhost.txt, just run regular eqw and it works fine

You're supposed to run from the shortcut you made - not from your normal eq shortcut.

ok two ways about this

use eqw for everquest so it doesnt patch or click START, RUN, BROWSE, locate eq.exe, and put 1 space then type in patchme.... up to you... THE POWER IS YOURS :idea:
