can someone teach me how to PLEASE USE #spawn

i know how to do everything except how to make something that looks like it has weapons. can someone give me an example ? plz ? #spawn Lord_Jag 1 100 1 10000000 0 17 ( primwep? ) (2ndwep) (merch? ) ??? any help would be thanked greatly

weapons do not work on npcs right now. no ETA on fix.
