Whoa! Thank you all for the great input on books. I wasn't able to check the forum for a bit, sorry I didn't thank you properly eariler They all sound great, now just to pick on to read lol ^ ^
I was looking in a small bookstore near my house the other day in the fatasy section and happened upon one of the many forgotten realms books. They look like they (to speak of them as a series) would be good. Anyone read most of them?
I really liked the Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind aswell. You might want to try out the Elenium and Tamuli series by David Eddings if your into like magic/armour type of books.

ive read quite a few of them...VERY good in my opinion. i just finished one of the newer ones acctually, its the first in a trilogy R.A. Salvatore is writing. the 2nd book comes out sometime this month. the first one is called "The Thousand Orcs." I highly recommend it. all the forgotten realms books ive read have been really good.
"The Thousand Orcs" is actually a part of the whole Dark Elf set of books.... If you liked that one, you might want to try the others. It starts with "The Crystal Shard" I believe. I think that there are around 10 books or more.

i know that, but "The Thousand Orcs" is about a single big war and the book ends at the end of the first battle against the orcs. The next 2 books finish the war.
It's been awhile since I've read any Salvatore - mostly because I'm too busy to get to the library and books are too damn expensive (IMHO) for even a paperback now.
