Newbie Needs help with basics.

sorry if I posted this on the wrong forum earlier. Seeking help.

I quit Eq about 6 months ago, but I thought I might give WR a try.

I am not the most technically savvy person. After signing up with EQEMU and getting key, and going to Wr site and downloading patch files into everquest/uifiles/default ( I hope that is right)

what the hell do I do next? How do I connect to the Wr server? When I click on my Eq Icon it takes me to Eq servers (I think). Did I leave out a step? also what file does the EQWindows files go into?
