Questions about EQemu
Hey guys,
I used to play the original EQ back from 2000-2004. I've heard about the emulator, but never actually looked into it much partially because I never thought it was legit. I have a few questions if anyone minds answering them for me.
How does SOE legally allow people to make their own servers and play on them and not on the servers they provide?
How many people actually play on EQemu servers?
How many servers are there?
I would have to guess that not many people play on EQ emulator servers, so how do people manage leveling up etc.? Back in the day, pretty much nothing was soloable and always required groups to level up.
Can you make your own server?
On the emulator, can you modify weapons, mobs, etc like GM's can?
