TurtoiseSVN error, help appreciated

Hi,
I've always loved EQ but never liked the direction it was heading so when i found out about this i obviously was intrigued as i love to mod. However first i need my server running and i have been running into a few difficulties i was hoping you would be able to help/explain to me

So going through the server setup guide (http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka.php?wakka=ValesEQ i eventually came to the tortoise svn section, all the parts went fine except the maps, i got about 15 maps using the svn then i get the following error:

Retrying it and it keeps failing. When i try to manually download the files a large amount of them cancels at 90-98% (mostly ones above 10mb in size, however i get some of them after many tries), my download manager says:

Is the problem on my end and if so what is it or is the problem somewhere else?
