Item Update Problem

Got my server to work, but i found no items in the database or any mobs up, so, i Dled EQEmu-0.3.13-DB-Addon and followed the step extracting it into the sqp/bin folder, ran install but I get a bunch of lines saying ERROR in your sql syntax near line blah blah, lotsa those..... anyways need some help seeing as im so close! Thanks!
