Zone Viewer?

Can someone explain (or point to a post) how a n00bie like me can explore zones?

Very simple: All I want to do is explore the EQ zones. Don't want to log in to any servers, don't want to play with other people, ALL I WANT TO DO IS EXPLORE ZONES BY MYSELF!

And I'm about as n00bie as one can get.

Thanks in advance to anyone kind enough to help out an annoying dumb ass like me.
