New Release! 0.2.4-PR6

Please read the Changelog.txt & Readme.txt BEFORE setting this up! As always, this is a non-supported beta.

Included:
Duel Wield/Double Attack work
Starting Items for new chars from Database
Stuns Fixed with NPCs
Basic NPC AI now
Consider Works
Factions wirh the NPC AI
