Everything probably can be implemented, but like mattmeck said, it takes work. Just because you see something on eqlive doesn't mean it's doable within a certain timeframe for the emu. The live team are paid individuals that do nothing but work on everquest when they are at their job - the eqemu team is a group of folks that do this in their spare time for the most part, and get nothing out of it except to be able to enjoy the emu like everyone else(albeit less time to enjoy it because they're busy coding it :P).
