The fact that you seem to have something resembling a grasp of the English language goes a long way in my book.

I just hope you're prepared for spending a lot of time on this server. I speak from experience when I say that a custom server takes an incredible amount of time. That is, if you mean custom in the sense that you'll be making new mobs/items rather than just placing the old mobs in new locations.
