Winter's Roar? S2k?

I'm new to EQEmu - I just downloaded the whole thing, but by reading the forums and trying repeatedly, I realized that it's not going to work because I started after 12/15. I noticed a bunch of posts that mentioned that WR and Scorpio2k (spelling?) have their own patchers. Could somebody please link me to those websites, or even quickly break down how I would setup these mods? Thanks a bunch,
